2. Fare and Price Estimates
Fares and price estimates displayed on our website are indicative and based on standard conditions. Final fare may vary depending on:
- Actual distance travelled
- Applicable toll charges and state entry taxes
- Additional waiting time beyond the included free waiting period
- Change in pickup or drop location after booking confirmation
- Night charges applicable between 11 PM and 6 AM on certain routes
- Fuel surcharge revisions by state transport authorities
The final fare will be communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation. We do not charge hidden fees, but the above factors are outside our standard quoted price and will be disclosed transparently before or at the time of the trip.
3. Travel Time Estimates
Estimated travel times provided on route cards and booking pages are approximate and based on typical road conditions. Actual travel time may be affected by:
- Traffic congestion, road closures, or diversions
- Weather conditions
- Construction or roadwork on the route
- Time of day and peak-hour traffic
SIT Cabs is not responsible for delays caused by road conditions, weather, or circumstances beyond the driver’s control.
4. Third-Party Services
Our website may reference or link to third-party services including mapping tools, payment gateways, and external websites. SIT Cabs has no control over the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for them. Links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement.
5. Accuracy of User-Provided Information
Accurate and complete booking is the responsibility of the customer. SIT Cabs is not liable for failed or incorrect pickups resulting from:
- Wrong pickup location or address provided by the customer
- Incorrect travel date or time entered during booking
- Unresponsive phone number at the time of pickup

6. Driver and Vehicle Availability
While we make every effort to confirm bookings in a timely manner, cab availability is subject to demand and driver availability in your area. In rare cases where a confirmed booking cannot be fulfilled due to an emergency, breakdown, or unforeseen circumstance, SIT Cabs will:
- Notify the customer as soon as possible
- Attempt to arrange an alternative vehicle
- Offer a full refund if no alternative is available
SIT Cabs is not liable for any indirect losses arising from inability to fulfil a booking in such circumstances.
7. Passenger Conduct
SIT Cabs reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if a passenger displays abusive, threatening, or illegal behaviour towards the driver or any other individual. Damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be charged to the customer.
Drivers are not responsible for items left behind in the vehicle. Lost property should be reported immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to recover and return lost items, but cannot guarantee their retrieval.
8. Force Majeure
SIT Cabs shall not be held liable for failure to perform any of its obligations if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, floods, or extreme weather
- Government orders, curfews, or route restrictions
- National strikes or bandhs
- Pandemic-related restrictions or lockdowns
- Acts of civil unrest or road blockades
In such cases, we will communicate with affected customers as promptly as possible and arrange alternatives or refunds where feasible.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shree Infinite Travels and SIT Cabs shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage
- Loss of business, revenue, or opportunity arising from use or inability to use our services
- Any damage to personal property during transit beyond what is covered under standard driver liability

10. Insurance
All SIT Cabs vehicles carry valid commercial vehicle insurance as required under the Motor Vehicles Act. Passengers are covered under passenger liability insurance during the trip. For specific insurance queries, contact us at bookings@sitcabs.com.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This disclaimer and all matters related to SIT Cabs services are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

We reserve the right to update or modify this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised disclaimer.
